About the Publisher
BDLD is a legal research institute and open-access law journal, established in 2015 by a group of law alumni from the University of Dhaka. It publishes citable, peer-reviewed legal scholarship with no paywall or reader fee. Its Legal Research Membership Program trains law students and practitioners in legal research and drafting, and its seminars and workshops draw participants from more than 20 universities nationwide.
Archiving & Preservation
All published issues of Bangladesh Law Digest are permanently available on the BDLD website. Published issues are additionally archived in Zenodo, a research repository operated by CERN and OpenAIRE, to support long-term preservation and public access.
