Mohammad Golam Sarwar (FCO UK Government Chevening Scholar) currently serving as an Assistant Professor, Department of Law, University of Dhaka. He is not only teaching, but also trying to lead the students from the front. He is the In-Charge, Law Desk, The Daily Star (The largest English Daily in Bangladesh). Currently, He is working as a National Consultant for UN Women (Bangladesh). He also works as a Trainer for the BRAC Advocacy for Social Change Program. In addition, he works as a Research coordinator, (Center for Justice and Development) at International Research Initiative Bangladesh (IRIBD). He has also worked in various human rights organizations including National Human Rights Commission, Bangladesh. He worked as a Co-coordinator of Street Law Program run by Empowerment through Law of the Common People (ELCOP). He completed LLB (Hons.) and LLM from University of Dhaka. He also pursued a second Masters in International Development Law and Human Rights at University of Warwick, UK. His research interest includes International Human rights Law, Law and Development, International Criminal Law, Global Justice, Environmental Justice, Islamic Law. He has excellent power of presentation and delivery of speech. The audience gets a very clear insight from his presentation. By utilizing his grand creativity, he smoothly brings new and dimensional aspects and ideas on any topic.

Quazi Omar Foysal is currently working as a Lecturer, Department of Law, American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). He is also a member of Dhaka Bar Association since 2013. He is an active advocate of the rights of Rohingyas in Bangladesh and abroad. Notably, he was one of the authors of the amicus curiae submission of Bangladeshi Non-Government Representatives to the International Criminal Court in support of the Prosecutor’s Request on the Jurisdictional Ruling over the Rohingyas Deportation. He worked with different national and international organizations including the Grameen Bank Commission, the International Committee of the Red Cross, the Refugee Solidarity Network, Bangladesh Legal Aid Services Trust, Centre for Genocide Studies of the University of Dhaka, etc. Mr. Foysal did his LLB (Hons.) and LLM from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He also pursued LLM in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights from Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, Switzerland. He also attended some short courses in international law, notably Xiamen Academy of International Law, China; Siracusa International Institute for Criminal Justice and Human Rights, Italy; and Asser Institute, The Netherlands. His research interest includes International Criminal Law, Public International Law, International Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, and International Dispute Settlements. Mr. Foysal speaks Bangla, English, French and Spanish.

Mohammad Ataul Karim is an advocate, academic and legal researcher from Bangladesh. He obtained his LLB (Bachelor of Laws) and LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He received LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law jointly awarded by WIPO Academy, Turk Patents and Ankara University, Turkey. He is currently pursuing LL.M. in IP and Competition Law at MIPLC, Germany. His papers have been published in peer-reviewed national and international journals, including Queen Mary Journal of Intellectual Property Law, Journal of Intellectual Property and Practice, and Journal of World Intellectual Property. He has received the Bangladesh University Grants Commission (UGC) Gold Medal, 2016 from the Honourable President of Bangladesh for his research publication in law. His areas of interest include Intellectual Property Law, Competition Law, Constitutional Law and Legal Theories.
