Use of information

Information collected is used solely for editorial and publication purposes: to manage the review process, communicate with authors and reviewers, and produce the published article record (author name, affiliation, and bio appear in the published version by the author’s own submission). It is not sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing.

Reviewer confidentiality

Reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors, and author identities are withheld from reviewers, in line with the Journal’s double-blind process. Reviewer identities are known only to the Editorial Board and are not disclosed to third parties.

Data retention

Submission and review records are retained for as long as needed to maintain the editorial and publication record, including for handling future correction, retraction, or reuse-permission requests. Authors may request a copy of the personal data held about them, or request its deletion where retention is not required for the published record.
