Imtiaz Ahmed Sajal

Imtiaz Ahmed Sajal is serving as an Assistant Professor of Law at Dhaka International University. His research focuses on labour and employment law, environmental law and intellectual property law. He holds degrees from the University of Dhaka (LLB), South Asian University in New Delhi (LLM in International Law), and Ankara University (WIPO Joint LLM in IP). Mr Imtiaz is also serving as Co-Editor in Chief of Bangladesh Law Digest (BDLD).

He has published numerous articles, book chapters, case notes, country reports and country profiles addressing labour rights and environmental issues in Bangladesh. He worked as a consultant of Solidarity Center, Clean Cloths Campaign, Amnesty International, Business and Human Rights Centre (BHRC), Public Eye, ILAW Network and Workers Resource Centre (WRC) in various projects on labour rights issues.
